Gao Wenqian: My creative medium involves experimental animation, interactive installations, sound, games, artificial intelligence and other forms. I work like an alchemist constantly recognizing the errors, connecting, and establishing various connections between human heart and technology, virtual world and reality, and other things, thereby generating new contingency. I hope that people can encounter a moment of conflict between reality and illusion through my work. I hope that the digital world I create is spiritual and poetic. I want to discuss time, space, life and death in the virtual world to re-perceive the world.
