Mu Chenyang: Sounds have shapes which in turn can alter sounds. Glass is more pliable than some other materials, such as wood, or metal, and can be formed into many shapes and sizes easily, therefore producing unexpected surprises and feelings. In the past few years, I mainly focus on the technical relationship between glass and sound, how to use form to deconstruct and reconstruct sound, and how to visualize sound. Now I start to think about how to strengthen my existence in the technology sound piece.
