Ge Danting's creative inspiration often comes from life, it can be said that life inspired her. She believes that all people live in a huge aquaculture ecosystem, who farms whom, is an eternal question. In her early works, she often used vegetative language to express her interest in life, focusing on the coexistence of flexibility and material. Recent works begin to focus on social behavior, ranging from current material consumption to group social activities, closely centering on the subject of human beings, exploring different fiber materials and their social materiality to transform reality. At the same time, she places her works on the existence of the display landscape, which is more important than the use value, to explore the awakening and destruction of human desire.
