2015 Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of University of the Arts London, Chelsea College of Arts with a master’s degree

Lun Ren's work is based on video art, painting, installation, performance and artists' publications, emphasizing the idea of Storytelling through a foundation of text, image, graphics and architecture. The work explores the impact and influence of visual images on people's lives; the meaning of identity politics in the online world; the authenticity of the internet and its impact; the violence of the virtual world and its relationship to the real world; and the complex changes in human behavior under surveillance networks. His works are practiced through different forms of display such as video installation, multi-screen video and sound installation, and his works have been invited to many exhibitions at home and abroad. He is mainly dedicated to the research and practice of contemporary video art.
