In the Pyramid series, I intend to explore the creating method which combines the installation and the painting; it shall illustrate the age which the information fragments interweave each other in this multi-dimensional world. The pyramid symbolizes the faith and the institution; its components originate from fragments that have been stripped away from each painting. Each painting is composed by three dimensions: the pictorial world, the openwork pattern,and the real world being reflected by the mirror behind it. The design of the openwork pattern is created based on the expansion of the concept associated with the word "pyramid", and inspireds the creation of the painting image. They form an overall field together which is interwoven by multi-dimensional fragments in a way that is either independent or connected.
