Li Binyuan: For me, painting is an exercise in meditation. By observing your surroundings, you are able to describe things you see and the things that touch you, creating your own language. Be faithful to your heart, your own language and the painting. Do these kinds of exercises every day and the emotion will fill your body and your consciousness. "Follow your heart", as the saying goes, starting and stopping with your internal rhythms. I like this state of creation.
