Liu Haotian, male, was born in Taiyuan, Shanxi in 1994. He graduated from the Lviv National Academy of Fine Arts in Ukraine. He is currently studying for a doctoral degree in fine arts sponsored by the state. He has received funding for artistic talent training from the National Art Fund in 2022 and 2023. In 2022, his works were selected into the Lunar Codex "Polaris" Collection" (the first art project in nearly 50 years to permanently place contemporary art on the moon via the Griffin lunar lander). He is currently a director of the Artist Committee of the China Cultural Management Association, a director of the China-Hungary Artists Association, a distinguished painter of the Wu Guanzhong Art Museum, a distinguished painter of the Youth Painting Academy of the Li Keran Painting Academy, a member of the American Portrait Society, a member of the American United Artists Association, and a member of the China Minority Art Promotion Association. He is a member of the Oil Painting Committee of the Beijing Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a member of the Shanxi Artists Association, and a member of the European and American Alumni Association.
