Yuhe Yao focuses on the changing attributes of artificial space in different cultural contexts. She uses videos and installations to depict the traces of time and reveal the self. The self in this context is fluid, among people, objects and surroundings, as time flows. The artist attempts to utilize natural substances to arouse the overwhelming information held consciousness and reflect on the existing state of life.
