Our generation has different feelings about the world compared to previous generations. In my opinion, our generation, unlike the two generations before us, don't see Eastern and Western art as on two opposite ends of the spectrum. At the same time, traditional Chinese art is not beyond comprehension. My artwork is based on the theme of Chinese antiques. In my artworks, we can see the trees and flowers in Changan through the eyes of the protagonists, touching period items such as jewelry boxes and nomad flutes through their hand - attempting to prove that they share the same joys and sorrows as us. In between these emotions, time quietly fades into the dust of history.
