Song Yongxing: I have stubbornly thought that a rational copy of a picture without any other emotions can make me closer to the fact that I image. However, as time and experience grow, this understanding, which tangles with the facts, began to change. I gave it up. Whether due to the fatigue of overwhelming events or because there is no solution, I do not care. In a word, the "fact" is more and more blurry and suspicious! Emotion and ego take advantage of a weak point. I feel the happiness of thinking and practicing on the canvas once again. It is probably repeating a stage or perhaps a long-term comprehension. I cannot foresee. What I can do is wait and see.
