GuoTianyi: "She and Its Body" is my third series of work since pinpointing this particular art language. In this series, m y focus has switched from narration to research on the "materiality " of paintings. That is to say, "sketching" has no longer become just a "tool," but rather the object to be studied. Through painting, I pursue "simple and private communication" with other materials. The final purpose of my creation is not to reproduce images, but to become a vision carrier for a process, for a "monument " of

time and a sense of life.
