Zhang Yipin: My impulse to create originated from the images of painter Lin Fengmian. His work s show the swaying reeds and scattered ducks that make up the scenery of the Meizhou River, upon which his hometown could be found. Wind is used as something that can be felt and heard but cannot been seen, as a media to express the painter's or each viewer 's mental image.The lonely bird flying away also seems to intimate that the ar tist 's inner heart is aloof from the world.
