My works begin from the curiosity about the inside of a closed space. I’ve noticed the hidden spaces like the boxes, closed spaces, or dark spaces behind the doors. And the curiosity leads me into the understanding of physical structures such as houses, buildings, and other architectural objects.

The process of my work is very similar to the one of building a house. But all the materials in my artworks are made of net. So the doors and windows can’t divide the space clearly to create some kind of vague boundaries. Those spaces created by the indefinite doors collides each other to make it difficult for us to understand the structure of the building. This disassembles the attribute of constructions and expands the space to reinterpret them as a brand new space.
