Deng Ting: "Body" is the source and destination of art expression, and materials are a kind of inorganic medium walking throng the uncertain relation among phenomenology, perception, and psychology. While audience is perceiving the relationship between sculpture and space as well as feeling the negative space outside of a work, the body as a kind of scale with the sociality, experience memory, subconscious becomes an extension both mentally and physically, blurring the boundary between the body and the sculpture, thus, people can become a new arts subject. Art is a perceptible and symbolic projection, so human bodies and their free wishes must be performed and in contact to complete a fully emotional expression.
