Xia Song: Wood is converted to carbon by the physical effects of external energy. Wood sucks the energy of the fire, resulting in wood itself becoming a place for energy to be stored. When the body cannot tolerate it, this energy will burst out, changing from strong to weak in a gradual process. This is a process of energy being released, and when this occurs, the energy of the universe will be also be induced. Energy that leaves the body will in its changed form remain in the universe forever, ultimately existing together with us in balance and harmony.
