My artworks are always exploring the theme of place and space, to be further, describing the indifference and isolation one feels particularly from my perspective as a citizen. Varieties of spaces have their own unique meanings. The origin of creation is my anxiety in comparatively empty or closed spaces. However, I express these feelings into a very calm and tranquil atmosphere. These scenes represent their distinct meanings, which are transformed by my artistic language. During the painting process, I intentionally applied my own color palate, and left some white space in particular sections.
