“Room” is always one of my favorite themes. I can only feel safe in my own room, but a room can also be a den of evils as all of my emotions, viewpoints and foibles are exposed within in it. I also constantly try to perceive the surrounding environment in my work, from the changing traces of objects in a specific room ("Room"), to overlapping spaces ("Balcony"), and to the comprehensive feeling of various information and objects (The "Marginal Space" series). At last, I reflect on myself with the perspective of my predecessors from the history of art ("Yellow"). The advance of these pieces also reflects the continuous updates of self-cognition and perspectives towards the world.
