Rabbit Vera is an image that often appears in my work, and it is also a reflection of myself. To a rabbit who has strong curiosity and looks forward to freedom, life is like cutting a carrot, which has lots of forms and layers. It could also be fragmented like real life, as a drop of water can reflect the sunshine, imperceptible but colorful. I tried to depict an ideal world in my mind, using the shading of ink painting to express those feelings that are hard to voice. The hexagon image constructed in the work is to represent the different sides of life, and to explore possibilities beyond the real world.
