 Wash and Sleep is an ongoing work I started in 2008. This work captures a sleeping person in bed all night using a wide-angle camera. The scattered cloud-like photos of the person contrast against the clear images of the objects indoors. This aims to elaborate upon the artist’s thoughts on time and life. In the passing of time, all living beings are equal in their journey, and even less significant than the material world we chase.
