The series of four streetscape works were all inspired from the living conditions and behaviors of people and animals in urban street scenes, all with a complicated social background. Streetscape No 1 describes women’s fears and unrest in their lives while living in the city. Streetscape No 2 tries to show the transparency of people on the streets. Streetscape No 3 explores the relationships between fruit families and fruits, as well as the fate of birds and discarded fruits. Streetscape No 4 depicts the different fate and living conditions of dogs in different urban environments. These four works show things that truly took place in some street corners of the city. I keep silent with a wait-and-see approach to my art to show my real attitude. The works were created in an absurd form, taking scenes from real life and contrasting them with reality.
