 Based on my education background of Journalism and Applied Psychology, I apply interviews and psychology to the creation of my photography project ––"Personal Belongings". I have taken photos of about 100 ordinary people aged between 18 and 89 during the past four years. Through objects and human bodies, my works unfolds different parts of a person’s life, including stories about dreams, romantic relationships, family connections, disease, disability and finding oneself.

In the present era of rapid economic development, the relationship between human and objects is actually even more complicated. Although this project discusses the relationship between human and objects, it actually expounds human relations and the relationship between human beings and their inner life.
