A person's true isn't present in the moment of alone is not the key, but it should be said that a person no matter how to all need to be alone, because alone can release one don't want to the energy released in front of others, for better or worse, everyone always have some don't want to let others to participate in the moment, but if just one person in private he is real, I'm afraid no one would convince, alone just want to breath, let oneself in your interactions with others, can be better, so later I realized, true self is non-existent, what kind of interaction is what kind of oneself, such seeds, I think everybody planted it in their hearts.
