Most of the paintings are originated from the flashes of my mind and the subconsciousness. When I am painting, the image of a female appears on the canvas gradually: sometimes, she is cold; sometimes, she is charming. The relation between the female and the world seems friendly and harmonious. Behind the gentle and peaceful atmosphere is full of hidden paradox and crisis. In The Dangerous Game, the steady horizon composition contributes to the silence and stagnate atmosphere, which is similar to the classical and peaceful still life in oil painting. The raven is just like going to attack the eye of woman, while she is too indifference to be conscious of anything. In the series of four paintings, every animal is a representation of different threaten, and a metaphor of certain roles in reality. The interactive relation between the female and animals, the female is located among varieties of crisis in the complicated world.
