My art-making is rooted in the theme of Life, so I focused on narrative as the meas of expression. In the beginning, I painted the little incidents that happened to me, and gradually I also painted those happening to others. Later, I started a painting series, that are not limited to any specific stories. Instead, my creation process resembles essay writing on a given topic, producing the body of work as a collective. This way of working has shaped the style of my artistic language, and made me understand that if an artist wants to have a long-lasting career, he not only has to seize the fleeting inspiration, but also needs to build a suitable creative system. This is the epiphany of my artistic methodology.
