As for the increase in house prices, many experts may analyze the issue from economic perspectives, but I want to get back to the nature of houses. The reason why humans need houses comes from the concept of home: the pursuit of home is a reflection of a sense of belonging. Ten years ago, I bought a house, Ten years later, I sold a home. I've lived here for ten years. The process of making it a cozy living area, for not just one person, but all the people who lived here. Together, we build a space that is close to our ideal of home. The house we sold is the material carrier of this feeling, and the buyer gets the sensory experience from this material carrier.
