Graduated from the Department of Art Management, School of Humanities, Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2007, Sun Guosheng served as art market researcher at the CAFA Market Research Center from 2005 to 2007, and took part in the compilation of the serial books such as Fortune & Art and New Faces, New Works: China Contemporary Art. In 2007, Sun joined the founding team of the magazine L'officiel Art as executive editor, and was later promoted to chief editor. From 2007 to 2009, Sun also worked as the chief of the Beijing station of Art Finance (an affiliate of Shanghai Securities News), and the art market researcher of Shanghai Securities News. In 2011, Sun joined the newly establishedBazaar Art and took part in the founding of Bazaar Classic Art. Sun currently serves as chief editor of Bazaar Art.
