Born in Xiaogan, Hubei Province in October, 1961, he got enrolled into the Wuhan University’s College of Chinese Language and Literature in 1978. After graduation in 1982, he successively worked in the office of the State Forestry Administration and China International Culture Travel, which belonged to Ministry of Culture. In 1993, he participated in the preparation of the China Guardian Auctions, in which he served successively as the Dean of office, the Assistant of General Manager, Vice President of the Board, a member of Board of Supervisors of Taikang Insurance Group, Deputy Secretary-General of China Auction Industry Association and Vice President of Beijing Auction Industry Association. Now he acts as the president and CEO of Guardian Capital and Investment Holdings Limited, the director of China Guardian International Auction Co., Ltd., the general manager of Beijing Guardian Art Center Co., Ltd., the chairman of Beijing Guardian Education Consultation Center Co., Ltd., the supervisor of Taikang Insurance Group Co., Ltd. and the supervisor of China Foundation For Cultural Heritage Conservation.
